"Bukirimaha" technique:
slow: 80% -> 45%
slow duration: 3s -> 2.5s

Buu
"Dimensional Portal Cannon" technique:
slow: 60% -> 45%

We've also decided to move two of Buu techniques from "Attack" to "Support" type, so he can use them while casting attacking abilities.
"Gummy Embrace" Technique is from now on "Support" type instead of "Attack"
"Evil Ghost" Technique is from now on "Support" type instead of "Attack"

• From now on, players won't be able to use "zanzoken" based techniques while being stuned. This change will affect:
  Trunk "Vision Smash" technique,
  Trunk "High Strike" technique,
  Goku "Instant Punch" technique,
  Piccolo "Risking it all for a friend" technique.

Trunks
We've decided to make some changes to Trunk's mobility mostly targeting his PvP

"Vision Smash" technique:
Cooldown: 4.5s -> 7s

Gohan
"Meteor Blast" technique:
Global Cooldown: 1.5s -> 0.5s

"Tenma Defense" technique:
Ki Shield: 5% -> 15%
