Patch Note:
- launched the Halloween Event,
- lowered the drop chance of EXP crystals from excavations by 0.5%,
- added option "use on ally" for some trinkets.
Bug Fixes:
- fixed a visual bug that sometimes displayed "Bad Reputation" on Universe Supreme,
- fixed a bug where the C17 set didn't passively deal damage to some monsters (such us clan bosses, world bosses, etc),
- fixed a bug where helping icons (navigation) didn't appear, for example, in Korin Tower.
